How the delivery process works
Within 24 hours of receiving your despatch confirmation email, you will be contacted by DSV Solutions Ltd via SMS to offer you a delivery date within 5 working days.
If you do not respond to the SMS or if you have not provided a mobile number, DSV will attempt to contact you twice more by telephone and/or email within the next 48-72 hours. If DSV are unable to make contact by telephone or email, a letter will be sent by post to your delivery address asking you to contact DSV.
The day before delivery, you will receive an SMS message confirming either morning or afternoon delivery for the following day. Please note that if DSV do not have a mobile number for you, you will not be contacted at this stage.
The morning of delivery, the driver will contact you between 7am and 9am to confirm approximate time of delivery. The estimated delivery window may be larger or smaller depending on your location.
Rescheduling a Delivery
If you need to rearrange a delivery for a different day after it has been booked, please contact our Customer Service team on 0207 462 0440. We suggest that you do this as early as possible: if the driver is already on the road with your Products, we may not be able to cancel the delivery (see clause 7.9 of our Terms & Conditions for more details).

Please note that no returned Product will be accepted into this address until authorisation has been provided by our office and unless the return has been booked in with the warehouse. If you are exercising your legal right to cancel your Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and returning your products to us, you must first contact our Customer Service Team for an authorisation number and the details for booking in the return.
